We are delighted to announce an additional band member to Hotel California.
Sean Lithgow is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist with considerable talent and youth on his side.
He has been involved in recording and performing with many high-profile writers and musicians.
He is now a valuable addition to our current line-up.
Sean will be contributing guitar, piano and vocal parts to enhance our production and help us take it to the next level.
Welcome to the fold Sean. We look forward to the next chapter of Hotel California with you sharing the stage with us.
Formed in Edinburgh, Hotel California began their journey playing local pubs and clubs, gradually perfecting their sound in venues across Scotland and Northern England.

Over the years—and through a few line-up changes—the band has continued to raise the bar, earning a loyal following and stepping up to larger Scottish venues.
​
They went on to launch The Eagles Story, a fully produced theatre show featuring immersive sound, lighting, and video. The production toured Scotland’s largest venues to critical acclaim.
​
Their authenticity and musicianship soon attracted the attention of The Eagles themselves, leading to two unforgettable performances with Don Felder at the Dunhill Cup in St Andrews—a rare honour and career highlight.

Following successful appearances at major venues including Edinburgh’s Usher Hall and the SECC, the curtain closed on The Eagles Story, marking the end of an era and the start of new adventures.
​
Since then, Hotel California has taken their music around the world, performing in Australia, India, and Italy, bringing the timeless songs of The Eagles to international audiences.
​
Alongside their Eagles tribute, the band also performs as Free Again in The Spirit of Bad Company & Free, celebrating the classic rock sounds of both legendary bands.

In 2026, Hotel California will be back on the road with Scottish theatre shows, while Free Again perform a series of special dates across the country.
